Tough Mudder

“Back in 2009, I decided that I needed a challenge that would push me all the way to my limit. I chose to
cycle the length of Britain, from Lands’ End to John O’Groats.
This year I decided that I needed a new challenge, and this time I’ve gone for something slightly different! Tough Mudder tests endurance, strength, will power, teamwork and camaraderie. It’s a 12 mile run through mud, ice cold water, fire and electricity… and if that wasn’t enough, there are also 25 army obstacles to negotiate!
This will probably be a tougher challenge than cycling 1000 miles in 2 weeks, and like then, I am again raising money for the charity Right to Play.
Any donations or tips on how to train for an event like this are more than welcome!”
